Stock Market Moves

What's with the stock market these days? Today we get news of January home prices dropping over 11%, a 20 year low I think they said, and consumer confidence came in at a record low of 64, and what happens? We go up!!!!! I guess as everyone is saying, we have finally hit the bottom of the housing crises and now is the time to buy, I'm not buying it, in fact, I see a crash coming in April, maybe mid month, sorry but that's how I see it. The fed gave Bear Stearns to JP Morgan Chase and they are doing everything under the sun to keep things going, but I say they will run out of ammo and we drop hard, so when you get that rebate check in the mail, or it gets deposited to your bank in May, hang on to it, you just may need it for something a little more important than a big screen tv.

Stock Market MovesOk so I was early on my crash prediction, but the bottom line is I was right and this market is crashing as we speak.

Stock Market MovesI liked Apple a few months back at about 140 or so but would be careful now for a while. The new phone is out and there really isn't any reason for any more hype, but I do like Apple long term.

Stock Market MovesI wouldn't say we're headed for a "crash" -- but I think we're headed for more of the same. More of the same bad home sales, decreasing home prices, and low consumer spending which will keep cutting jobs. We really need to get out of this war and we need to figure out alternative methods of fuel. If we do those two things things will start looking up. And the fuel will take awhile -- but at least if we can give people HOPE that gas price relief is on the way with investments in alternative energy -- I think all of the markets will finally bounce back. |
